That’s been my uniform since March.  Yesterday I put on my jeans and realize it’s time for a tuneup.

How about you? Are you feeling a bit sluggish (like me) after eating and drinking to your heart’s content for the past month?  Maybe you could use a little support to get back into a routine of eating well. I’m not talking about eating salads and smoothies, especially in Winter. It’s not about eating to survive. Let’s eat to thrive!

Getting whole real foods into our bodies is our goal, but we also want to make sure it tastes GOOD!  I’m a big fan of making healthy food taste delicious and then slowing down to savor the act of eating and sharing food with others.  When you clean things up, your body will start to do what it’s designed to do.

What it’s about

During the 5-day class, we’ll set the foundation for good health.  You’ll learn how to secure good food and properly prepare it to get the most nutrition from your food.  In addition to the recipes, support, and accountability of the group, you’ll have access to me to ask questions and get some one-on-one coaching.

Each day, from 12-12:45 pm we’ll have a short teaching (that will be recorded so you can come back to it) and you’ll have a chance to ask questions.  Topics include:

  • The Food Industry is not your friend & how to take back control
  • Busting health myths – Low-fat mentality, whole grains
  • How to boost your metabolism & start shedding stubborn pounds
  • Planning & Shopping – Menu planning for better energy and weight management, shopping strategies for clean foods, pantry staples for healthy cooking
  • Prepping – Do ahead prep techniques for flexibility and to streamline the process.


There will also be 3 recorded cooking classes you can watch at any time.

  1. Simple soups
  2. Easy stir fry
  3. Using leftovers for quick and tasty meals.
