Being busy doesn’t have to keep you from eating well!
In this class, we’ll cover gluten and dairy free meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We’ll make things that can be grab and go, so you don’t have to sacrifice nutrition when time is short.
This is a demo class that will cover 6-8 recipes. There will be lots of sampling!
We’ll make things like:
- Egg breakfast bake
- Chia seed/overnight oats
- Ramen zoodle soup
- Salad in a jar
- Seasonal stew/soup
- Casserole (with clean ingredients!)
- Avocado pudding
- Protein balls
